I was extremely impressed with Appliance Repair Experts. I called during the middle of the afternoon and Appliance Repair Experts sent someone to inspect and repair my refrigerator that same evening. The expert (Mike) was timely, friendly, efficient and did a great job! My refrigerator is generating cold temperatures again. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I called at 8:15PM on a Thursday night and was told the repairman would be here by 10. He called at 9PM telling me he'd be here at 9:30 and showed up on time. Our family feels so fortunate to have seen your advertisement. As you know another repair company had examined our wall oven and recommended that we buy a new one because the part that needed to be fixed cost over $300.00 and that did not even include their labor charge. When I phoned your company I spoke to a technician named Mike, he was great on the phone! By the time we hung up, I had complete confidence in him. He came out on Wednesday Sept. 19 and had our oven fixed in no time. My father who is 88 years old was very impressed and my father has never been impressed by any service technician before. I would say that Mike is one of the most knowledgeable and honest repairmen I have ever encountered; and I believe him to be fair beyond a doubt.
